Linda McCartney Food's Tayeb Braikia continued his good form at the Tour of Romandie with a fine 4th place on today's first of two split stages. The 66km stage was won by Polti's Eddy Mazzoleni at a rapid 48km/h. He had escaped just a few kilometres into the stage with Cofidis' Steve de Wolf, who was later caught, holding a lead over the Peloton of just 3 seconds at the line, with McCartney's Danish fast-man finishing 3rd in a bunch sprint for the second time this week.
